Taking out of the equation the known possibilities of endometrial cancer when should a post menopausal women be concerned with light bleeding or spotting. Actually how long can a women be safe or not have to be overly concerned?

I’m not referring to cancers etc just how long can one bleed light or just spotting and be ok
