I had my thyroid removed about a month ago i was prescribed synthyroid 200mcg i had lab work done recently and my TSH was at 0.215 low should i go see my endocrinologist

i am getting cramps at night in my legs i also had some hives but they only lasted 24 hours and went away should i wait till my 3 month follow up to go see the doctor?
